o Process Purchase Requisitions for Direct materials and services on Oracle ERP systems;
o Create and maintain central database with Purchase Order information and delivery status;
o Obtain the quotations for Work shop spare part and fabrication for all 4 locations across the UAE;
o Forwarding the orders to suppliers and confirmation delivery status;
o Filed the documents for reference and record;
o Compare Quotations (QCS) in order to determine the best price and terms among potential suppliers;
o Transportation handling for purchase from vendors and delivery to end user;
o Preparing Credit Application form for supplier;
o Quickly respond to any defective material report / issues to resolve with supplier;
o Material planning in coordination with store team to make sure timely deliveries;
o Other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
