We are looking for a highly skilled and efficient Procurement Assistant to manage procurement processes and project coordination. Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's needs.
? Negotiate price, payment terms and finalize the Subcontract Agreements after coordinating with the Estimation and Finance department.
? Ensure goods and services are procured in a timely and cost-effective manner.
-Must have knowledge in preparing comparison statement as per the specification and drawings requirements.
-Obtain quotations as per the project requirement
-Searches for, identifies, and establishes contacts with new suppliers and subcontractors
? Monitor inventory levels to determine purchasing needs.
? Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data.
? Maintain accurate records, files and data bases.
? Provide administrative support to the management team.
Requirements ;
? Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Civil Engineering or in related field.
? 1-2 years of experience in Procurement Assistant or in a similar role is Mandatory
? Thorough knowledge in technical side of procurement is Mandatory (Building & Construction Materials)
? Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet dead lines.
? Proficient in MS Office, especially in word and excel
? Previous experience in a contracting company preferred
? Fluency is English and Hindi is Mandatory
