We are currently seeking a Procurement Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the procurement department in sourcing, negotiating, and acquiring materials and services related to construction, renewable energy, and general trading operations.
This is a key support role that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers, products, and quotations
Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and materials
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve any procurement issues
Assist in vendor onboarding and compliance checks
Prepare procurement reports as required by the management
Support the procurement manager with daily operational tasks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in procurement or administrative roles (Fresh graduates may be considered)
Knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Organized, reliable, and proactive
Salary Range:
AED 2,500 - AED 3,500/month
(depending on experience)
Other Benefits: As per UAE labor law
