Procurement And Contracts Manager – Buildings Construction
Job Description
Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with project schedules
Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality and compliance
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Issue and follow up on purchase orders until materials are delivered
Coordinate with planning and engineering teams to ensure timely material availability
Draft, review, and manage contracts in line with legal and administrative standards
Control procurement budgets and reduce costs without compromising quality
Resolve supply delays, shortages, or quality issues
Ensure materials meet technical specifications upon delivery
Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
Prepare regular procurement and contract status reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
Minimum 7 years of experience
in procurement within the construction sector Strong knowledge of contract standards (e.g., FIDIC) Excellent negotiation and analytical skills Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systemsJob Type: Full-time
