Procuement Assistant (fit Out)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in sourcing suppliers, materials, and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-out works (joinery, MEP, civil, finishing, and furniture). Prepare and issue inquiries, obtain quotations, and evaluate supplier offers based on price, quality, and delivery time. Coordinate with project and design teams to ensure material specifications and quantities are accurate and aligned with project requirements. Maintain and update supplier and subcontractor databases. Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery schedules. Track and monitor procurement activities to ensure materials are delivered on time to meet project deadlines. Assist in negotiating prices and payment terms under the guidance of the Procurement Manager. Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy before forwarding to accounts. Maintain proper documentation and filing of procurement records (quotations, LPOs, delivery notes, etc.). Support in evaluating supplier performance and developing long-term vendor relationships. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and internal approval processes.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
