Job Description
Experience in case submission for Credit Cards (CC) and Personal Loans (PL)
Familiarity with banking documentation and case tracking
Dependent visa holders preferred
Prior UAE banking/finance experience is an advantage
Freshers with relevant academic background or banking internships also welcome
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data entry, formulas, tracking sheets)
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Immediate joiners preferred
