What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor plant equipment and processes in accordance with SOPs and HSE standards.
• Perform routine checks to identify equipment abnormalities and coordinate corrective actions.
• Adjust speeds, pressures, temperatures, and flow rates to ensure safe shutdowns, startups, and efficient operations.
• Prepare plant equipment for scheduled maintenance and coordinate activities for proper functioning.
• Manage chemical receipt, batching, and usage while maintaining stock records and ensuring safety compliance.
• Obtain work permits, monitor contractors, and ensure adherence to ADNOC safety rules and regulations.
• Serve as Auxiliary Fireman or Site Safety Officer during emergencies under the Facility Response Plan.
• Communicate instructions clearly and prepare KPI checklists for management review.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in work areas, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
• Provide on-the-job training to UAE Nationals under competency-based programs.

Ideal Profile

• Technical Diploma in a relevant discipline or Secondary School Certificate.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in plant operations within large industrial facilities, preferably in oil and gas.
• Strong understanding of plant operations, maintenance preparation, and chemical handling.
• Knowledge of safety management systems, HSE compliance, and emergency response procedures.
• Effective teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in both office and site environments, including exposure to heat, humidity, and dust.
