Key Responsibilities

• Supervise process plant and storage and export operations to meet oil production and gas supply targets
• Coordinate crude oil export and production metering activities in liaison with relevant authorities
• Supervise receipt, storage, and export of crude oil using pumps, turbine meters, and provers to meet shipping schedules
• Oversee commissioning and decommissioning of tanks in line with maintenance, overhauls, and desludging activities
• Review, prepare, and implement operating and commissioning procedures for plants and associated systems
• Analyze IDP systems to ensure required competency levels of process personnel
• Prepare isolation programs and ensure plants and equipment are gas-free and safe prior to maintenance, overhaul, or modification work
• Ensure availability and accuracy of logbooks and records reflecting plant operating conditions
• Troubleshoot plant and unit operations to maintain optimal performance and operational stability
• Coordinate with laboratory personnel for testing of production and export samples to ensure quality control compliance
• Monitor usage of process chemicals and consumables, control consumption, and maintain stock levels within safe limits

Ideal Profile

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in process plant or production operations within oil and gas or heavy industrial environments
• Proven experience supervising plant operations, storage, and export facilities
• Strong understanding of process safety, production optimization, and operational procedures

Skills Set

• Knowledge of crude oil processing, storage, and export systems
• Ability to supervise teams and manage shift-based operations
• Strong troubleshooting, reporting, and coordination skills
• High awareness of HSE requirements, emergency response duties, and ADNOC operational standards
