Process Management refers to aligning processes with an organization\'s strategic goals, designing and implementing process architectures, establishing process measurement systems that align with organizational goals, and educating and organizing managers so that they will manage processes effectively.
:
- Participate in Revising and updating procedures and policies.
- Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes and making adjustments to processes/ policies as needed and as per the direction .
- Coordinating business process improvement initiatives with internal stakeholders.
- Performing ongoing analyses on business processes related to productivity, quality, costs, and time management.
- Experience in facilitating meetings, working groups, or large groups of people with varying opinions
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business process management.
- Proficiency in Visio, MS Office
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ISO 9001 \xe2\x80\x93 internal auditor (preferred).
- Excellence Models Implementation knowledge (preferred)
- Real-estate experience preferred
Qualification :
Bachelor\'s degree in business management, project management.
