Job Summary Responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing. collect and verify employee data (time record, absences), ensure calculation of wages is correct, and ensure employees receive timely payment Roles & Responsibilities Collecting and verifying employee and timekeeping data. Calculation of wages, deductions, commissions, benefits, etc. (in payroll system) Reviewing computed wages to ensure accuracy. Validating payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires. Recording and maintaining employee records and payroll transactions. Answering questions and resolving issues regarding payroll. Ensuring compliance with company policies, relevant industry regulations, tax, and deduction laws. Preparing payroll reports for management and auditing purposes. KPIs - Ensure payroll timeliness in accordance with anual Payroll Calendar - Ensure 100% accuracy of payroll calculations Work experience requirement - Experience in payroll administration (1 year minimum) - Experience with Payroll Technology (SAP) would be a benefit Qualification Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
