Process Engineer
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop Process Flow Diagram (PFD) Develop Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) To perform basic Process calculations like Hydraulics Analysis To perform Line Sizing Calculations To perform Control Valve Sizing Calculations To perform Pump Sizing Calculations, NPSH Calculations. To perform Relief Valve Sizing Calculations To perform Heat and Mass Balance Sheets. To prepare Datasheets for Process Equipments To perform Process Datasheets For Instruments ( Control Valves, ESDVs, MOVs, Pressure Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters, Flow Transmitter) To prepare Equipment List To Prepare Line List, Tie-In List, Load List Basic Knowledge In Process Software Like ASPEN HYSYS, PIPENET Interdisciplinary Checking And Co-Ordination Exposure to International Standards like API, ASME, NFPA AND NACE KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE: Qualifications / Certifications Essential: Bachelors Degree Minimum 12-15 Years' Experience in a Design Consultancy Broad experience in Oil, Gas, Brownfield and Greenfield facilities, preferably with EPCM contractors SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE: ASPEN HYSYS PIPE-NET HTRI EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Available: immediately Vertical: Engineering
