Our Process Engineer will set and optimize the process flow in the assembly area, design and manage the Manufacturing of tooling (test equipment, assembly board, racks). He/She Will be also in charge of the capacity calculation of manpower utilization and define the assembly method, Layout definition, and optimization, also improve continuously the process and equipment

Missions: (but may not be limited to)
- Analyze and study process definition and manufacturing flow
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings.
- Introduce the lean manufacturing on the assembly racks definition.
- Ensure the startup of the different project phase
- Coordinate with the team the good startup of the lines.
- Solve day to day manufacturing problems and resolve production stops related to the process
- Improve the Manufacturing & quality assembly line
- Lear Leadership Model
- Upgrade talent and increase bench throughout the organization
Profile:
- Bac + 5 with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar function
- Sense of leadership
- Teamwork
- Good communication skills
- Attentive to detail in all aspects
Language Skills:
