Process Design Engineer
Job Description
. Experience in Concept, Front End Engineering & Detailed Design in on-shore and off-shore platform using International standards ISO, SHELL, API, NACE, NFPA and client standards / specifications. . Hands on experience in HYSYS, PIPESYS, PIPESIM, PIPENET, FLARENET, . Developing Process Flow Schemes, Material Balance, Process Safeguarding Flow Schemes and P&ID, for manifold, Pipeline, Oil and Gas gathering facilities . Flare, Vent, Relief and Blow-down load estimation / calculation. Instrument air network sizing, hydraulics study. . Fire water demand, number of spray nozzles calculation, deluge coverage, hydraulic balancing and adequacy check using PIPENET. . Sizing calculation for Lines, control valves, Vessels, tanks, pumps, two/three phase separators, Relief valve. . Preparation of hazardous area classification (schedule of hydrocarbon release) based on IP15. . Preparing data sheets for control valves, vessels, pumps, relief valves, flare tip, knock out drum. . Preparation and update of Basis of design, operating and control philosophy, line list, simulation report.
