Accountabilities
New Employment MOHRE contract.
Visa Stamping passport verify if submitted contract.
Amendments if required visa, MOHRE contract etc
New visa application type as per requirement.
Tawjee go for New visa on time for Contract Submission to avoid any fine.
Modify Contract in MORE.
MOL to provide in payroll.
Renewal contract type through HRMS & Close the open data same time after typing the Contract.
After Contract submission & update to Junaid to update Contract, Labour Card & Expiry details & Closed open job.
Labour contract type for Renewal employees.
All labour work permit update in MOHRE system.
Labour contract submit in MOHRE.
Noqas Submit in MORE system.
Tawjee to submit renewal employee Contract.
Designation change in immigration.
Updated MOL for each renewal employees.
Any urgently requirement cancellation type.
Absconding application in Mohre submit any one run away.
Daily transaction keep tracker & update the report for finance.
Monthly on time report giving to finance.
Key Performance Indicators
Before expiry the work permit keep tracker in check.
Avoid any fine in application
