PUBLIC RELATIONS OFFICER (PRO)

Salary: AED 4000-4500

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all government-related documentation and liaise with relevant authorities in the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies while efficiently handling visa processing, labor contracts, and business licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and renew visas, work permits, and labor contracts for employees.

Handle all government-related transactions, including company licensing and regulatory compliance.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws and government regulations.

Prepare, submit, and follow up on all legal documentation with government entities (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, etc.).

Assist employees with medical tests, Emirates ID processing, and other government-related procedures.

Represent the company in government offices, ministries, and external agencies as required.

Maintain proper records of employee and company documents.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a PRO in UAE

Education: Diploma in Public Relations, or a related field

Language Skills: Fluent in English & Arabic (written and spoken)

Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing, and government

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
