Coordinate with the different embassies in UAE to understand the different requirements that are set out by each embassy
Keeping abreast with current labour/ immigration laws and update the HR staff on any changes
Keep the HR team informed of significant problems that may jeopardize the achievement of the Company goals, and those are not being addressed adequately.
Monitors the implementation of an improvement process for all immigration& labour records to be tracked and maintained through the company system.
Collection of relevant documents and assists Colleagues on their scheduled medical appointment
Act in a professional and courteous manner at all times
Proactively communicate and escalate issues where necessary to the Public Relation Manager.
Maintain confidentiality and security of documents handled at all times
Deal with all relevant competent authorities on apprehended and absconded Colleagues and facilitates the documentation process for deportation
Provides support to the Human Resources Department
Represent the Company at times at various locations such as; police stations, court, embassies, ministries, department of economy and municipalities
Share knowledge and train new members of the Public Relation Officers and train them accordingly.
Organize attestation of certificates and legal translation of documents and other activities related to immigration and labor.
The dieal canddiate must have:
Higher Secondary or equivalent
minimum 3 years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour department and other government departments.
Fluent in Arabic (written and verbal)
Excellent understanding of the UAE Labour Law and Immigration regulations and rules and licensing process in Abu Dhabi.
Strong connections in Immigration and other government entities
Good communication skills
Valid UAE Driving License
