Admin Tasks
Responsible for switchboard, greeting guests and general office communication
Following up with vendors for timely submission of invoices and CN for services rendered during the month
Maintaining office supplies such as stationeries, pantry, plant maintenance etc
Preparing travel expenses
Organize business trips for colleagues and external guests
Maintaining reference lists and presentations
Maintaining overview of all insurances and initiating renewals
Responsible for petty cash
