Coordinate with
MOHRE, Immigration, GDRFA, Tasheel, Amer, and other government entities

Manage
trade license renewal, establishment cards, and company documentation
.
Track visa expiry dates and maintain accurate
employee records
.
Administrative Responsibilities
Provide daily
administrative support
to management and departments.
Maintain
employee files, HR records, and office documentation
.
Prepare official letters, memos, and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams.
Manage office supplies, filing systems, and basic HR coordination.
Requirements
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
as a
PRO or Admin Assistant
in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of
UAE labour laws and government procedures
.
Experience dealing with
Immigration, MOHRE, Tasheel, Amer, and GDRFA
.
Proficiency in
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
.
Good communication skills in
English
(Arabic is an advantage).
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
