Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end private label projects, from client inquiry to final product delivery.

Coordinate with clients to understand fragrance requirements, packaging designs, and branding needs.

Work closely with suppliers, designers, and production teams to develop customized perfumes.

Monitor timelines, quality control, and compliance with regulations.

Research market trends and provide recommendations for new product ideas.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and project updates for clients.

Support sales and marketing teams with private label opportunities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
