.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes across Arabic, Asian, and Italian menus. Plan and develop new dishes and seasonal menus. Ensure food is cooked and presented according to restaurant standards. Manage kitchen operations, food hygiene, and inventory control. Work closely with the management to maintain food cost and minimize waste.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef in a multi-cuisine restaurant. Expertise in Arabic, Asian, and Italian cooking techniques. Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage a team. Good communication and organizational skills.
