Overview of the role





We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Partnerships Manager to join our growing Private Client team.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging new prospects to generate opportunities and contribute to the company's growth along with supporting the sales team in driving business, and nurturing a portfolio of affiliate clients. This role requires strong communication, organisational skills, and a proactive approach to both sales and client management. This is a great opportunity to launch your sales career, learn from experienced professionals, and grow into a full-cycle sales role.

Responsibilities





Relationship Management:


Manage a portfolio of affiliate partners, fostering strong relationships. Conduct regular check-ins to ensure partners are well-supported and motivated to refer clients. Client follow-up calls to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.




Performance Tracking and Reporting:


Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss progress, share insights, and refine sales tactics based on market feedback and trends. Manage, maintain, and update client data across multiple platforms and database. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data.




Compliance and Payment Management:


Support sales team with onboarding clients, beneficiaries and source of funds documents including liaising with compliance.




Phone & Communication Management


Handle incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to appropriate departments. Communicate professionally with clients, team members, and external stakeholders via phone, email, and other platforms.




Lead Qualification & Promotion:


Qualify potential leads, gather necessary information, and assist in converting leads into clients. Identify growth opportunities within the affiliate book and upsell relevant products or services.




Market Knowledge:


Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the IFX payments market. Provide insights and updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.



Requirements




Self-motivated with a passion for exceeding revenue targets Excellent negotiation and influencing skills to secure and nurture relationships Deep understanding of the foreign exchange market and its key drivers Ability to work independently and as part of collaborative Confident, excellent written communication and verbal presentation skills Proficient in using CRM software and other tools for managing partnerships and tracking performance Proven ability to drive business growth through partnerships Strong interpersonal skills and Relationship Management experience A true team player with a winning mentality and strong work ethic committed to continuous improvement and high performance. Adaptable, tenacious and flexible who is able to perform under pressure.
