The role focuses on creating personalized menus that align with clients' tastes, dietary requirements, and lifestyle while maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, discretion, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare daily meals tailored to clients' preferences and nutritional needs
Design customized menus, including special diets (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, keto, medical diets)
Source fresh, high-quality ingredients and manage grocery shopping
Prepare meals in clients' private kitchens or designated locations
Ensure strict compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and equipment care
Manage food inventory, storage, and cost control
Accommodate special events, guests, and private dining occasions
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as a Private Chef or professional culinary role
Culinary certification or formal training preferred
Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques
Ability to create personalized, nutrition-focused menus
Excellent time management and organizational skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
