Job Description

We are looking for an excellent full-time Private Charter Coordinator to process and monitor private charter requests from beginning to end. You will be the main point of contact for any relevant matter from handling all Ad-hoc bookings, to internal and external communications required per each private charter request. If you know you have a strong sense of urgency and creative problem solvers according to the client's needs, then this is the position for you! Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings through consolidations or price negotiations.

• Manage client's requests including setting up catering, transportation, hotels, etc.

• Active flight following of all in-progress trips

• Able to execute outstanding service to private charter clients

• Manage all facets of trip quoting, planning, follow up and flight following.

• Knowledgeable in various time zones at origin and destination.

• Direct contact with clients, brokers and flight crew

• Quote, source, confirm and input flight reservations and ancillary service requirements

• Work closely with Flight Operations to ensure service standards are being met and to spot potential issues that could hinder service delivery.

• Learn the unique requirements of each charter client and be able to multi-task and balance workload for multiple clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience as Private Charter Coordinator

• Must be detail oriented, organized and possess the ability to multi-task under pressure of deadlines

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction

• Understanding of FBO Operations & Airport restrictions.

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to strategize and solve problems

• Strong leadership with an analytical mind and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and people skills

• Flexibility in work schedule
