Vessel Coordinator (Charter Vessels)
Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
- Develop and maintain strong working collaborative relationships between ship Owners and JDN
- Day to day follow-up of the chartered vessels
- Develop the reporting system in place between the ship owners and JDN
- Maintain accurate records of all vessel(s) activities, communications and technical dossiers.
- Liaise with clients and vessel(s) owners regarding operational matters.
Liaise with Project and Operations to establish requirements and provide assistance if possible.
- Interface between JDN Logistics department and other JDN departments (Project Controls, Operations, HSE, Contracts)
Profile
Profile
- An excellent communicator with a range of interpersonal skills; comfortable in the day-to-day management of ship owners.
- Capable of thinking ahead and anticipating vessel(s) requirements.
- Sufficient maritime and managerial experience to provide a level of confidence within the ranks of the marine crew.
- Knowledge of shipboard organizations, marine management, and offshore operations.
