. In this role, you will be responsible for fixing and maintaining printers, copiers, and multi-function devices (MFDs). The ideal candidate should be technically hands-on, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and service printers, photocopiers, and multi-function devices (MFDs).
Visit customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Perform routine maintenance and testing to ensure smooth operation of machines.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Maintain accurate records of service work.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in servicing and maintaining printers and copiers.
