Key Accountabilities:-

• Empowered to make responsible decisions within the limits of company practices.
• Difficult, complex or unusual decisions will be referred to the Location Manager of Engineering or Discipline Manager.
• Works with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance.
• Influence over duties. Work is assigned only in terms of broad objectives to be accomplished, and is reviewed for policy, soundness of approach and general effectiveness. Work is reviewed to ensure conformity with policy and for coordination of other company departments.
• Seasoned ability to inform and persuade on complex matters comes from recognition of discipline mastery. Utilized on the most complex and difficult problems.
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Can navigate intranet pages, conduct searches, and retrieve information. Can organize information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.
• Assume hands-on management and implementation of all relevant company HSE requirements.
• Drive Safe and Sustainable engineering outcomes throughout the asset lifecycle via the application of SEAL.
• Role-model a commitment to personal well-being and a pro-active approach to continuously improving health, safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

Qualifications:-

Must have Engineering degree or technical degree in science.

Must have training in Leadership & project execution.

Job Specific Knowledge:-

• Must have a strong background in discipline work and a strong understanding of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry standard practices.
• Skilled in estimating project costs and writing proposal content.
• Experience working in project leadership.
• Specialized expertise in one or more areas of regulations, codes, manufacturing standards, and industry standard practice.
• Empowered to make responsible decisions within the limits of company practices.
• Difficult, complex or unusual decisions will be referred to the Location Manager of Engineering or Discipline Manager.
