Principal and Lead AI Engineers

to work on some of the most forward-thinking projects in the industry.



This is a unique opportunity for senior engineers who want to stay hands-on while shaping the technical direction of ambitious AI products--from low-level experimentation through to large-scale deployment. You'll work alongside researchers, product teams, and fellow engineers to build real-world, enterprise-grade AI systems from the ground up.

What You'll Work On

Design and implement advanced AI/ML models, including

deep learning

,

reinforcement learning

, and

graph neural networks

Build

NLP systems

using tools like

Hugging Face Transformers

,

spaCy

, and custom pipelines Develop and scale

vector search engines

(Weaviate, Pinecone, Milvus) for real-time search and retrieval Contribute to

autonomous/multi-agent systems

architecture and implementation Work with

generative AI models

(GPT, DALL-E, GANs) and transformer-based architectures (BERT, T5, ViT) Drive

scalable infrastructure and MLOps pipelines

across the AI lifecycle Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI across product lines and influence architectural direction

Ideal Experience

Deep expertise in

Python

, with strong proficiency in

TensorFlow

Practical experience with

vector databases

Hands-on knowledge of
