Job Description
A global technology-driven organization delivering advanced AI solutions to enterprise clients. The company is seeking a Technical Lead - AI to design, develop, and deploy innovative Generative AI chatbot solutions, providing technical leadership and driving excellence across projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of AI chatbot solutions using Generative AI, Agentic AI, and related frameworks.
- Mentor and guide AI engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Establish best practices in coding, design, testing, and deployment of AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, reliability, and scalability through rigorous reviews and testing.
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timely milestones.
- Proven expertise in Generative AI and hands-on experience with Agentic AI systems.
- Proficiency in frameworks such as LangGraph and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI/ML libraries.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment and DevOps practices is a plus.
