Titel: Principal Agentic AI Architect / Tech Lead
Duration: 12 months extendable contract
Location: Dubai, UAE
Background: Healthcare Industry
We are seeking to augment our core project team with world-class external talent for an initial engagement of 12 months, with the potential for extension. All candidates must possess a background in the healthcare industry and have over one year of hands-on experience in developing and deploying solutions based on the agentic AI paradigm and LLMs.
The required roles are defined as follows:
- Role Definition: Responsible for the end-to-end technical vision and architecture of Project. This individual will lead the technical team, select the core AI/agentic frameworks, and ensure the solution is scalable, secure, and seamlessly integrated with the clients existing technology stack.
- Capabilities: Deep expertise in designing multi-agent systems, LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and system design for clinical-grade, low-latency applications. Proven leadership in guiding AI engineering teams.
