About our client
Our client is a large and rapidly growing global investment firm. Backed by one of the Middle East's most prominent investment ecosystems, the firm has built deep connectivity across the Europe, the US, Asia, and the Gulf region. They are seeking a senior professional to join their Client Solutions team, helping to shape and lead investor engagement strategy across key markets. What the job involves

• This is a high-impact role at the intersection of investor relations, fundraising, and business strategy. Rather than broad-based outreach, the focus is on deep, strategic engagement with a select group of global LPs and partners
• Lead investor engagement across a defined region (Asia or Europe), developing and executing a structured plan for deepening strategic relationships
• Partner closely with senior leadership and investment teams to position the firm's platform and product suite effectively across asset classes
• Shape and execute fundraising strategies in coordination with internal stakeholders and, where relevant, external placement agents
• Leverage the firm's exceptional global network of portfolio companies, funds, and investors to enhance institutional partnerships
• Provide market insight and feedback to leadership on investor priorities and competitive positioning
• Represent the firm externally at key events and investor meetings, ensuring a consistent and compelling message across all channels

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or client solutions within a leading global private markets firm
• A track record of building and managing long-term institutional relationships with sophisticated global LPs
• Strong strategic mindset - able to design structured approaches to market coverage rather than relying on volume outreach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment strategies with clarity and credibility
• Collaborative approach, comfortable operating within a global, high-performance team environment
• Desire to be based full-time in the UAE, with flexibility for international travel as required
