We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 12+ years of expertise to lead and oversee large-scale architectural projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the architectural vision, managing the design process, and ensuring the delivery of innovative, high-quality, and sustainable designs. You will lead teams, collaborate with clients, and coordinate with contractors to ensure the successful completion of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through to completion.
- Develop creative, sustainable, and technically sound design solutions.
- Provide strategic direction and mentoring to junior and mid-level architects.
- Manage client relationships and communicate design concepts effectively.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Architecture.
- 12+ years of experience in architecture, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proven leadership and project management skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Knowledge of local regulations and construction practices in Dubai/UAE.
