Job Title: Primary Performing Art Teacher
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area (regular study)
B.Ed qualification is compulsory
Distance or open university degrees not accepted
Responsibilities:
Teach performing arts (music, dance, drama) to primary students according to the school curriculum
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons and creative activities
Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
Organize school performances, events, and exhibitions
Maintain classroom discipline and promote a positive learning environment
Collaborate with colleagues to integrate performing arts across the curriculum
Support student development, creativity, and academic excellence
Requirements:
At least 3 years of professional experience in a well-established Indian school
Strong communication skills with excellent proficiency in English
Commitment to student development, collaboration, and academic excellence
Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
Passion for teaching and fostering creativity in students
