About the Company:

Sea & Railway Cargo Trading - FZCO is a Dubai-based Freight Forwarding Company, Specializing in Offering End to End Solutions, Handling projects cargo, Air, Breakbulk, Sea freight, inland transportation, and customs clearance, the company delivers cost-effective, reliable, and tailored logistics solutions to enhance supply chains for a global clientele.

Job Summary:



The applicant must have minimum 2 Years of experience with Pricing, Customer services and Operation in Forwarding Industry in UAE.

The Operations and Pricing Specialist will sourcing vendors, getting pricing, oversee and manage end-to-end operationswhich also will inclue Vendor engagements and customer relation. This includes ensuring timely, compliant, and efficient shipment processes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping liners, NVOCCs, and local service providers to secure competitive rates and ensure service quality.

Periodically update pricing to reflect market trends while managing service levels and maintaining competitiveness.

Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing shipment updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.

Prepare and verify all shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOL), Air Waybills (AWB), and customs declarations, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Oversee customs clearance and coordinate end-to-end cargo deliveries, monitoring shipments to ensure timely delivery.

Generate operational reports, monitor vendor performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to optimize operations and maintain service excellence.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Air, ocean freight, inland, and customs operations.

Strong knowledge of UAE customs processes and logistics standards.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
