Position: Operation Specialist
Salary: 5000AED-6000AED
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily chocolate production with strict quality and hygiene standards Manage inventory, supplier orders, and delivery schedules Coordinate with HR on staffing, onboarding, and team discipline Support branch expansion planning, including site setup and operational readiness Lead operational execution for brand events and activations Represent the company in investor meetings and strategic presentations Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Requirements:
3+ years in chocolate or food
manufacturing Strong background inlogistics, inventory, and HR coordination
Experience in multi-site operations or brand expansion is a plus Comfortable speaking in meetings and presenting ideas Reliable, organized, and passionate about quality work Immediate joiner onlyJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
