Pricing Executive - NVOCC & Sea Logistics Company: Lilian Darya

Summary:

Lilian Darya is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Executive with a minimum of 5 years of experience, specializing in NVOCC and global sea logistics pricing. This role is critical for securing competitive ocean, air, and road rates by leveraging strong negotiation skills with shipping lines, carriers, and co-loaders, and preparing accurate, winning quotations.

Key Responsibilities

Ocean Rate Procurement: Proactively negotiate, source, and secure contractual and spot rates with major shipping lines (Carriers) and partners, focusing on containerized and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments.
Multi-Modal Pricing: Maintain strong knowledge of, and secure competitive rates for, air and road transport to support comprehensive logistics solutions.
Quotation Excellence: Prepare detailed, professional, and competitive quotations for client RFQs (Request for Quotations) and spot inquiries, ensuring prompt response times.
Negotiation Strategy: Apply excellent analytical and negotiation skills to manage costs, optimize margins, and achieve the most favorable commercial terms.
Market Intelligence: Stay current on global container shipping market trends, surcharges, and pricing structures to maintain a competitive rate portfolio.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a pricing role, specifically within the NVOCC, shipping line, or logistics sector is a must.
Core Knowledge: Strong knowledge of global sea, air, and road pricing structures, including surcharges, tariffs, and Incoterms.
Negotiation Skill: Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with ocean carriers and agents to achieve cost-saving and competitive outcomes.
Quotation Proficiency: Proven ability to accurately prepare and efficiently manage the submission and follow-up of quotations.
Analytical Aptitude: Possess excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills essential for commercial decision-making.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
