Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Pricing Executive
to join our team in the freight forwarding industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, along with a thorough understanding of pricing strategies, market trends, and shipping Incoterms. This role requires effective communication to interact with carriers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring efficient and accurate bookings with major shipping lines, airlines, and courier services.Key Responsibilities:
Engage effectively with carriers, vendors, and internal teams through strong negotiation and communication skills. Analyze and interpret pricing data and market trends to support strategic decision-making. Accurately place bookings with major shipping lines, NVOCCs, airlines, and couriers, ensuring all relevant details are included. Utilize proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel) and other pricing-related software tools for data handling and reporting. Operate both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of shipping Incoterm
Qualifications
:Bachelor's degree in Relevant Field (Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management]. Proven experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry (recommended but not required). Strong proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with pricing tools.
