As a Pricing Coordinator you will be responsible to contribute towards costing of menu items, providing customer reconciliations and assisting the team in achieving set business objectives and milestones such as formulating and completing the detailed costing in relation to all ingredients, recipes and menu items required by business.


Responsibilities:


Perform billing reconciliations between QACC and customers on a monthly basis to ensure that the invoices raised by QACC is accurate and as per the agreement with customer. Communicate reconciling items to respective teams and ensure that the root cause of the reconciling items is identified and closed by updating prices in JDE (JD Edwards), updating menu grid ratios and etc. Create accurate menu grid item codes in JDE as per request from QACC Product Development team and ensure menu grids are provided to support the menu grid item codes for Qatar Airways, Other Airlines, Lounges and Cafeteria. Perform cost calculation and comparison for RFRC (request for recipe changes) as requested by Product Development team for all internal and external customers and ensure approvals are taken from QACC Division head to implement the changes. Perform cost calculation and comparison for Cafeteria menu grid as per the cycle change provided by Dining Services and Product Development team. Highlight the high variances in the Cafeteria menu items to make sure that the cost remains within the budget provided by QACC Management. Perform cost calculations for Cafeteria meal/menu substitutions as per information provided by Production, Operations and ensure approvals are taken from QACC Division head to implement requested substitutions. Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

Qualifications

High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Job Specific Skills:


Command of English language. Good knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and etc. Knowledge of software like JD Edwards, Oracle and/or SA?.
