Pricing Coordinator

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive and professional support to clients on pricing and shipment inquiries Prepare accurate and timely quotes for air, ocean, and land freight Coordinate with carriers, agents, and vendors for rates and schedules Maintain and update pricing and customer databases Track shipments and proactively update clients on status Resolve issues related to delivery, billing, or documentation Collaborate with operations and sales for RFQs, tenders, and pricing strategy
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding (pricing & customer service) Strong understanding of Incoterms, international shipping, and customs documentation Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and freight management systems
Must be currently in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable NOC
Immediate availability required
Preferred:
Experience with international carrier rate negotiations Knowledge of Qatar and GCC logistics market Bilingual (English + Arabic or other languages) a plus
