Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Pricing and Operations Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1year of relevant experience in the logistics and shipping industry in Dubai. Candidates who can speak Chinese are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and issue accurate quotations for freight forwarding and shipping services. Coordinate with carriers, agents, and partners to negotiate competitive rates. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Maintain and update pricing databases and rate sheets. Support the sales team with rate inquiries and proposals. Handle booking arrangements and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure smooth shipment handling and timely updates. Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year of experience in pricing or Operations in the logistics and shipping industry in Dubai. Proficiency in English; Chinese-speaking candidates are highly preferred. Good knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and shipping documentation. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Customer-focused with a positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
