About the Job: We are looking for an experienced Pricing Analyst – B2C Pricing Manager who will focus on the B2C aftersales channel pricing analyzing pricing data, providing analysis reports, measure pricing position competitors and cost efficiency that leads to customer-oriented process. Ensuring key repairs are competitively priced offering the best value for money representing the brands value as well as looking for the optimal profitable position. You will use a variety of data analysis methods & tools to drive business results with data-based insights converted into an easy-to-follow visual summary of impacts & approach whilst working with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
Among your key responsibilities as are as follow:
  • Manage B2C aftersales pricing team and structures of all brands within Al-Futtaim
  • Designing optimum fixed price offerings to retail customers targeted and improving customer retention and repair work conversion
  • Ensuring Al-Futtaim brands retail labor rates are competitive and positioned strongly in the UAE market
  • Implementing complex strategies based on wider business growth plans
  • Illustrations and visualizations of data that can easily be comprehended and simplified for non-technical stakeholder audiences, communicating statistical modelling results as measures of the business’s impact
  • Work closely with the retention team ensuring strategies are aligned
  • Devise reporting which presents results in a clear manner
  • Use of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques, to create solutions that enable enhanced business performance
  • Use large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action
  • Prepare reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders that will give insights for decision making
  • Identify relevant pricing data sources and sets to mine, collect large structured and unstructured pricing datasets and variables assessing the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy
  • Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes
  • Analyze data for trends and patterns, and Interpret data with a clear objective in mind

About You: To be successful for the role you must have the following skills and qualifications:
  • Understanding of the automotive sector ideally with a distributor and OEM
  • Bachelor’s Degree (MBA Preferred) with demonstrated experience in any of the following: - Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a multinational environment
  • 2+ years of hands-on work experience using analytical tools (e.g., R, Python) to solve real world problems preferably knowledge on pricing analytics would be an advantage
  • Working knowledge and experience of using Tableau or other data visualisation tool (Power BI, SAS or SAP Business Objects etc) is essential
  • Commercially minded is critical, required to think in the shoes of a customer and how your decisions could impact them and the business simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially around translating technical knowledge into forms that can be digested by leadership and non-technical project teams
  • Strong MS packages knowledge with excellent PowerPoint skills is a must
  • Excellent Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must
  • Experience programming (beyond simple scripts) in a modern scientific language would be beneficial but not essential (e.g., Python, Matlab, R)
