Description:
Coordination with Media in the Middle East and PR agency in India Build editors list and database. Keep close relations with Editors to enhance the brand exposure and gain visibility. Build editorial calendar of PR messages for the Strategic PR action plan based on: Calendar of events, Product launches, Media plan in coordination with Marketing & Communications Manager Prepare press releases. Ensure dispatch of press kits and follow up with key media. Negotiate special write-ups, editorials, interviews, celebrity endorsements. Initiate special operations with magazines. Set- up an editorial target & ensure that objectives set by Marketing & Communications Manager are met. Ensure a balance between product and institutional coverage through special write-ups and editorials. Monitor Media. Organize press trips and press presentations. Set-up Press activities for events to maximize visibility. Coordination of press for the SIHH. Develop and Execute Photo shootings. Manage press during Exhibitions. Monitor PR budget and forecast quantities for press kits
