Our client, a large manufacturing company, is looking for Investor Relations Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive investor relations strategy, managing relationships with current and potential investors, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities would include but not limited to:

• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and individual investors.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests.

• Prepare and deliver compelling investor presentations, earnings calls, and press releases.

• Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of financial information and corporate updates.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the investor relations strategy.

• Participate in the development of the company\'s messaging and positioning for investors.

• Analyse financial results, key performance indicators, and market trends to assess the company\'s performance.

• Prepare financial reports, investor presentations, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.

• Manage the company\'s shareholder registry and maintain accurate records.

• Organize and coordinate annual shareholder meetings and proxy solicitation efforts.

• Monitor and address shareholder concerns and feedback effectively.

• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to provide insights into market positioning.

• Monitor analyst reports, industry news, and market sentiment to inform investor relations strategies.

• Motivate one\xe2\x80\x99s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.

Requirements

To be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, Business, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate finance.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts.

• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Proficiency in financial software and investor relations tools.

• CFA or other relevant certifications would be a plus.
