Experience:

1-3 years of experience in sales support, client servicing, or business development. Work Experience in a GCC-based organization or serving clients in the GCC is an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with existing and potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to understand requirements and promote company services. Accurately capture and update client details and interactions in the ATS CRM. Ensure timely follow-up proposals are shared with clients and coordinate with the Sales team as needed. Generate leads through platforms like BNC for relevant industries, including construction and oil & gas. Conduct background research on client companies to identify key decision-makers and verify contact information. Coordinate appointments and client meetings for the Sales team and COO. Share company profiles with new leads and build rapport with prospective clients. Support in mobilization coordination, follow-up documentation (e.g., LPOS, contracts, timesheets), and interdepartmental coordination with recruitment and operations. Update and maintain client records in ATS CRM to reflect the most current status and interactions.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to work with diverse teams and clients. Willingness to take initiative and go the extra mile in client engagement. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation, compliance, and workforce management. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proactive and collaborative team player.

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
