We are seeking a

skilled IT Presales Engineer

who will play a vital role in solution design, presales support, and client engagement for our networking portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the sales team to understand customer networking requirements and design tailored solutions. Prepare and deliver

technical presentations, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs)

for customers and partners. Respond to RFPs/RFQs with accurate

technical proposals and solution documentation

. Collaborate with vendors (Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP-Link, Aruba, RF-Elements) to build competitive solutions. Provide presales technical support during customer meetings, partner events, and exhibitions. Assist in preparing

Bills of Materials (BOMs)

, solution architectures, and network designs. Stay updated with the latest networking trends, products, and competitor offerings. Support account managers with technical expertise for cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

3-6 years of presales/solution engineering experience

in networking. Strong knowledge of

Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and network security solutions

. Hands-on experience with

Ubiquiti, MikroTik, TP-Link, Aruba, or RF-Elements

. Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong customer engagement abilities. Ability to design and present networking solutions, including BOMs and technical diagrams. Certifications such as

CCNA, CCNP, CWNA, or vendor-specific certifications

are highly desirable. Fluency in English; Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.
