Led Pre Sales Engineer

Job Summary:
This is a full-time job for a LED Presales Engineer, located in Dubai. The LED Pre-Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales for the team, by providing technical expertise and support to customers.

Key tasks include identifying and addressing customer needs, delivering product demonstrations, collaborating with internal teams to propose tailored LED Screen solutions including but not limited to AutoCAD drawings, RFP Compliances, Comprehensive Proposals and managing client relationships. The role also demands regular involvement in technical discussions and ensuring customer satisfaction till the project handover.
Required Qualifications & Requirements:
- 3 to 5 years proficiency in preparing AutoCAD design drawings
- Experience in designing LED projects, Audio Visual Systems design / Project management
- Bachelor of Engineering /3 Yr. Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Communication
- Fluency in English
- Tender Documentation, Preparing Proposals for projects, Coordination with all parties for project planning
- Well versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint
- AVIXA Certification (CTS) (optional)
- On-site installation experience in LED & AV Projects (Optional)
- Working experience with ELV /AV Integration companies in the region
- Negotiation skills with other stakeholders in a project
