Job Description

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 3-5 years of experience in a technical support or application engineering role within a trading or distribution environment Strong knowledge of LV panels, control gear, power distribution systems, and electrical components Familiarity with ATEX-certified explosion-proof products and international standards such as IECEx, IEC 60079, IEC 61439 is a strong advantage Experience supporting electric vehicle charging systems (AC/DC), wiring schemes, and load distribution Capable of preparing technical submittals, BOQs, compliance sheets, and single-line diagrams Ability to assist in product selection, sizing, and custom configurations based on project requirements Works closely with sales team to provide technical clarifications to consultants, contractors, and end-users Knowledge of authority approval requirements (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, SASO, SEC) is preferred Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic ERP systems (Odoo is a plus) Proficient in reading technical drawings, data sheets, and product manuals Comfortable conducting product presentations, demos, and site visits with clients Excellent communication, client coordination, and documentation skills Previous experience with Italian or European electrical brands (e.g., SCAME, Legrand, Schneider, etc.) is an advantage
