Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable IT solutions.
Conduct product presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops for clients.
Prepare detailed
technical proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation
.
Design and validate IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions.
Engage with vendors and internal teams to ensure proposed solutions meet technical and budgetary requirements.
Support proof-of-concept (POC) setups and assist with solution deployment planning.
Stay updated on the latest IT trends, products, and technologies to recommend the best solutions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
3-5 years in pre-sales or solution engineering roles in the IT sector.
Strong knowledge of
IT infrastructure, networking, cloud solutions, and security technologies
.
Certifications (Preferred):
CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, or similar.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong technical writing and documentation abilities.
Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for clients.
Proficiency in solution design, costing, and proposal preparation.
