Evaluate RFQ/RFP and understand exact requirement comparing all available information in RFQ Monitor and join the site survey wherever possible and ensure all details are scoped.

Discuss the solution with sales and take written confirmation from the supplier/manufacturer for the compliance of the proposed solution.

Finalize Design, BOQ and costing of the proposed Security system according to the scope received.

The candidate must be responsible for preparing the BOQ and ensuring design compliance with the BOQ

It will be the PRIME responsibility of the Candidate to Review the costing, identify any potential errors in the BOQ/Costing & APPROVE all Offers prior to the submission..

Prepare and plan for the upcoming tender submissions and ensure prompt Technical submittal and design architecture.

Coordinate with technical and sales team and make sure efficient departmental operation.

Additional Responsibility

Collaborating with Business and Project Managers, to successfully sell and deploy technical system at client locations.

Providing feedback to suppliers and give directions to procurement and technical team for the modifications in the system or products, based on customer inputs upon requirement.

Developing technical solutions required to address customer requirements, evaluating customer needs and recommending solutions that optimized value for both customer and company.

Rendering support to sales division to help define opportunities and closing every project with right solutions.

Shouldering the responsibility of maintaining contacts with customer organizations at appropriate level and monitoring customer satisfaction.

Keeping up-to-date with Security System regulations, codes and standards.

Offering professional advice to staff, external organizations and contractors including translating complex technical principles & information and assisting in implementation of complex systems
