About the Role:
Empire Infratech is seeking a female Lead Qualification Executive who is a native English speaker to manage and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring only high-intent leads are passed to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify inbound leads from campaigns, social media, and listings
Engage clients with clarity and professionalism in native-level English
Understand property requirements and assess lead readiness
Assign qualified leads to agents based on area and property type
Maintain detailed records and statuses in CRM
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams Contribute to script building and lead communication strategies
Requirements
:Female candidates only
Must be a native English speaker
Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
1-2 years of presales, customer service, or tele calling experience
Real estate background is a plus
Familiarity with any CRM tools
