Job Summary: Looking for a Pre-Sales Coordinator in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Develop and deliver presentations to prospects
• Be a trusted advisor to the client and maintain relationships with key client contacts
• Participate in pre-tender meetings and generate technical solution
• Send inquiries to customers, consultants, suppliers as well as sub-contractors
• Generate and update account status reports as required
• Prepare technical proposals for tenders and RFP
• Assess and study all tender as well as RFP technical documents to ensure all data required for pricing is available
• Prepare technical queries including details and missing technical documents pertaining to the tender
• Reach out to suppliers and subcontractors for solution offers
• Analyze supplier quotations against the RFP and make comparative analysis
• Participate in pre and post contract interviews as well as customers meetings
• Prepare material and data sheet takeoff
• Handle issues, priorities, escalate issues and resolve on behalf of assigned customers
• Prepare final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value and submit it to bidding leader and meet the deadline

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a technical knowledge pertaining to Telecom Products or an engineering background
• Previous experience in the field required
• Good communication skills
• Strong knowledge in Excel costing preparation
• Must have a very good typing speed
• Good interpersonal and organizing skills
